Service Agreement

As a retailer of digital products, we reserve the right to operate under the guidance of these terms of service. By using our services, you automatically agree to these terms and policies. Violating any rules or terms may result in a ban, blacklist from our support server, and refusal to provide further services.

User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”), along with the Blustboosts Privacy Policy and all policies posted on our website, outlines the terms and conditions under which we offer access to and use of our sites, services, applications, and tools (collectively referred to as “Services”). This Agreement is between you, the user of our services (“User”), and Blustboosts (“Blustboosts, Blustboosts.com”). All policies, including the Privacy Policy, are incorporated into this User Agreement. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with all of the above.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to accept the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement as a User. You are bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement regarding your access or use of this server and any future modifications, additions, or changes to these services. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please refrain from using our services.

Amendments to Terms

We may amend this Agreement and/or server policies at any time, with or without notice to you, by posting the updated Agreement or policy on our server. The updated Agreement and/or policy will take effect immediately upon posting.

Return Policy

Every product sold on Blustboosts.com is covered by our warranty policy, as explained below. Please note that we do not accept returns, and our store operates under a strict no-refund policy. If a product is faulty, a replacement may be possible under specific conditions.

Eligibility for Replacement

A product is eligible for replacement if:
- The product does not match the description under which it was sold.
- The product does not last for its full warranty period.

Non-Eligibility for Replacement

A product is not eligible for replacement if:
- The product has exceeded its warranty period.
- The boosted server was lost under the buyer’s ownership.
- Contacting any third-party support on platforms we advertise on or leaving negative feedback is considered a resolved support case. No additional support will be provided, and a blacklist from our store may be issued.
- Chargebacks are considered a violation of our Terms of Service. You may lose access to one or more products purchased on our website. Additionally, a complete blacklist from our website and Discord server will be issued, and your private information may be used for fraudulent chargeback investigations.
- Any form of threats will not be tolerated and may result in a ban and/or blacklist.

Important Notes

- All orders may take up to 24-48 hours to be fully delivered.
- Once boosts are delivered, they cannot be transferred or revoked.
- If your server administrator or bot removes the boosting accounts from the server, we cannot provide compensation.
